In Cthulhu Realms, you will try to reduce your friends to insanity, and hold onto your own sanity until the deck runs out!
Using a deck full of followers, initiates, and goons, you will place cards in order to put locations in play, reduce the sanity of others, boost your, collect powers, and acquire or remove cards.
If you lose all of your sanity, you are eliminated and whoever remains wins. If everyone holds onto their sanity until the deck runs out, whoever has the most wins the game!
