Shipping Policy

We offer shipping within the 50 states of the U.S.

Order Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you within that 1-2 business day processing window. Reasons we might contact you could be related to:

  • inventory errors, e.g. we are out of stock of an item you purchased
  • the last remaining copy we have available is slightly damaged, e.g. bent corner on a book, dent in a board game box

During winter holidays, it is possible that we may not ship an order within 1-2 days due to order volume. If that occurs, we will send you an email notifying you of the delay.

Our shipping carriers will sometimes experience service delays during December. We do not offer refunds for orders that are late due to carrier delay. However, if the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will refund your order.

Preorders

We ship preorder products on release days.

Shipping Rates

We offer $9 flat rate shipping. For orders that weigh less than 13oz (including packing material), we offer $5 discounted flat rate shipping.

We ship most orders USPS Ground Advantage, but we occasionally ship items UPS Ground. The shipping carrier is selected by our team packing your order and entirely at their discretion. We do not accept special carrier requests.

All of our orders are shipped from New York City. West Coast orders can expect delivery at the upper end of the estimated delivery time. Orders close to NYC can expect the lower end of estimated delivery time.

In-Store Pickup

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. Usually your in-store pickup order is available within 1 hour of placing your order. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.

Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our regular store hours.

How do I check the status of my shipping order?

You will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order after 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@twentysidedstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
