Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If you would like to make an exchange or get a return for any items purchased at Twenty Sided Store, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be unopened in its original packaging. Items that are opened or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
  • The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To return your product, you may drop off or ship your product(s) to:

If your return or exchange is approved, your refund will be processed. If you paid with a credit card, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this process may take several days depending on your bank. Alternatively you may request store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be issued immediately. If the item was purchased with cash, the refund will be processed as a gift card.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale Items
  • Used Items
  • Food & Beverages
  • Events

EVENTS. Transfers, cancellations, or any other changes must be made 48 hours prior to the event to receive a credit for a future event. Please email info@twentysidedstore.com. Anyone not present at the start of the event will forfeit their ticket and their spot will go to the next person on the waitlist.
