Refunds & Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For an item to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in new condition, and unopened in its original packaging. Items that are opened or damaged will be denied a refund or exchange.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the item was purchased with cash, the refund will be processed as a gift card.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Gift cards
- Sale Items
- Used Items
- Food & Beverages
Transfers, cancellations, or any other changes must be made 48 hours prior to the event to receive a credit for a future event. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will not be provided. Anyone not present at the start of the event will forfeit their ticket and their spot will go to the next person on the waitlist.
